BRIEF COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Logo Mats, LLC is a division of Mountville Mills, Inc., headquartered in LaGrange, Georgia. The company is the premier supplier of floor mats to the promotional products industry. We are known worldwide for our superior customer service, development, and marketing of innovative products. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB: The primary responsibilities of this job are to provide sales support and service to our customers. This role will have the ability to provide resources to increase sales of current and potential distributor partners. The position will have the ability to work in the office and remotely while reporting to the President of Logo Mats, LLC.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
Generate price quotes for customers and conduct quote follow-up.
Key contact for communication channels that include chat, email, and phone.
Conduct pre-show preparation for speed meetings.
Follow-up with customers after tradeshows, eblasts, etc.
Maintain current customer relations and identify areas of growth with B and C accounts.
Conduct customer product training webinars.
Manage website contacts.
Call-on potential customers to generate more sales.
Order samples for tradeshows and meetings.
New customer onboarding and training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Work within Customer Relationship Management programs - Salesforce and Freshdesk.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
Exceptional work ethic with a sense of urgency and flexibility to manage multiple priorities.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to be a part of a team.
Strong administrative skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not a requirement. A minimum of 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience is required.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Standard hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; however, overtime and weekends may be required. Physical demands are typical of a normal office environment.
