SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:   The primary responsibility of this position is to offer excellent service to our customers, including, but not limited to:  providing product and pricing information, providing order status information, processing orders, ensuring that all orders are shipped in a timely manner and resolving issues that arise from problems with orders (regarding replacements, credits, etc), to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:  This position is required to process customer orders, answer phone or email inquiries, provide product information, and meet service requests; track orders and coordinate correction of orders; process inquires on shipping status, provide pricing or invoicing information, offer product information, and assists with various website questions. The Customer Service Associate will also act as a liaison between the Manufacturing Departments, Accounts Receivable, Art Department and Sales Team to resolve any issues related to customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:  Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail and task oriented, and possess creative problem solving skills.  Applicants must also have a good attitude, the flexibility to juggle multiple tasks, and comprehend at a rapid pace.  We are seeking a team player with strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), who is highly motivated, has a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and is a self-starter. High School Diploma or equivalent required.  A minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience is required.  Local area candidates only.  No relocation expenses will be paid.

Most of our staff gets in early or stays late each day.  Each member of the team must have these two traits.  

WORKING CONDITIONS:  Standard office hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm); however overtime and weekends may be required.  Physical demands are typical of a normal office environment.
