POSITION TITLE:   Customer Service Associate

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:   This position directly interacts with customers to receive and input their orders, to provide information on products and/or services, to resolve problems, and to offer general assistance.  The basic responsibility of this position is to do whatever is necessary to offer 100% satisfaction to our customers. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:   This position is required to process customer orders, answer phone or email inquiries, and meet service requests; track orders and coordinate correction of orders; process inquires on shipping status, provide pricing or invoicing information, offer product information, and assists with various website questions. The Customer Service Associate will also act as a liaison between the Manufacturing Departments, Accounts Receivable, Art Department and Sales Team to resolve any issues related to customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail and task oriented, and possess creative problem-solving skills.  Previous experience handling international exports, although not required, is highly desired. Applicants must also have a good attitude, the ability to multi task, and comprehend at a rapid pace.  We are seeking a team player with strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite, who is highly motivated, has a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and is a self-starter. High School Diploma or equivalent required.  At least 2 years of customer service experience is required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:  Standard office hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm); however, overtime and weekends may be required.
