Function
You are an energetic and self-motivated, entrepreneurial builder
You can work independent with a good sense of urgency
You successfully setup and manage multiple digital campaigns for multiple brands at the same time and define corresponding objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Developing and deploying digital marketing strategies & lead generation campaigns to reach new customers through new and existing through different online channels, email campaigns, social media, content creation, etc.
Using data analysis tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement and determine digital growth strategies
Responsible for creating landing pages, improve call-to-actions, and optimize websites to improve conversion rates
You will be responsible for maintaining Data Studio dashboards to visualize the data in a way that is comprehensive and actionable
You will further develop our digital strategy and strengthen our digital marketing leadership
You are responsible for website management and development in strong liaison with the external web agency and the internal IT-team
You will translate inbound digital marketing activities into sales activities
You will run marketing data analytics across multiple platforms, design and create KPI reports and dashboards, interpret results, to demonstrate ROI back and extract key insights for future campaigns
Profile
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing
Experience in E-Commerce is a plus
You have a good understanding of SEO technology, web content management and are happy to use growth optimization tools (e.g. Optimizely, Hotjar)
You love SEO/SEA, automation, web tracking, mail flows, lead scoring, A/B testing, improving acquisition marketing through behavioral psychology
You are analytical, know how to work with complex data and reports and can explain complicated issues in simple terms
You have an open mindset, and you are comfortable talking to different teams (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Production, etc.), especially when interpreting KPI’s and explaining reports
You combine a strong team spirit with a healthy sense of autonomy
You communicate fluently with your international colleagues in English (Dutch is a plus)
